GET  /health - Health check

GET  /collections - List data collections
GET  /collections/<type>/datasets - List datasets
POST /collections/<type>/query - Query data models

Infrastructure:
GET  /container/<ID> - Start a container for each ID
GET  /lb - Load balance requests over multiple containers
GET  /singleton - Get a single specific container instance
